I’ve been previewing a lot of homes these past several  weeks. I got to peek inside some mighty pretty homes. I get great ideas seeing all the gorgeous homes. I also get lots of feedback from Buyers once they have had an opportunity to see the interiors. Here’s what’s hot and what’s not!

Homes with 1980’s wallpaper is not hot, homes with neutral paint color are hot. Homes with no garage not hot. Homes with 2 car garage is hot and 3 car garage is on fire. Homes with mauve colors not hot. Formica counters not hot. Granite & stone surface counters hot.
