Good afternoon dearest readers!!
As the spring weather settles in and our bodies naturally yearn for sunshine-filled days and fresh starts, we are being presented with the perfect opportunity to make resolutions for leading healthier, more mindful and more enjoyable lives!
We find ourselves in an era where we each have multiple email addresses to check on a daily basis, a diverse array of ringtones emerging from our phones to signal incoming messages every minute, social media notifications constantly popping up on our screens in our peripheral vision, not to mention countless hours working away on a computer or laptop, on a regular basis.
All in all, this immense amount of “screen time” can sometimes be overwhelming, to say the least. In light of this, here are some pointers on how to make one of your resolutions this spring about creating a more positive atmosphere around screen time….
